These are the terms and conditions on which we supply digital content to you.
Why you should read them.
Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase on our site. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, information about refunds and returns, and other important details.
By purchasing any digital content, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to purchase any digital content on our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We are AESI Events j.d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia, with our registered office at Jelačićev trg 7, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.

You can contact us by writing to us at alex@alexaesi.com. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.
3. Our contract with you
How we will accept your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the digital content.
4. Our rights to make changes
Coaching Calls
AESI Events j.d.o.o. has the right to amend the time and date of any one-on-one coaching sessions purchased. This will not result in any refunds or discounts.
Minor changes to the products.
We may change the product:

to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and

to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
5. Digital Content
If the product is a one-off purchase of digital content, the digital content will be immediately available for your use as soon as you subscribe and upon acceptance of payment.
6. Refunds
Digital content for download or streaming.
Once you pay for the digital content, it will be immediately available to you and you will not be able to change your mind and receive a refund. You were made aware of this prior to ordering and agreed to this when ordering.
AESI Events j.d.o.o. does offer a money-back guarantee. This is offered only if, within 6 months of purchase, you have completed the full course (Digital Product), provided evidence that all suggested actions within the Digital Course have been completed by you, and there is evidence that you have seen no improvement in performance or value from the Digital Product.
This is not a subscription plan. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have confirmed your purchase at the checkout. If you have been offered a split payment plan including pay in 2 or pay in 3, you become immediately liable to pay the full fee to AESI Events j.d.o.o., as soon as you have ordered the Product.
Price and payment

The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order.
How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Other important terms
NON-DISCLOSURE
You understand that one of the primary elements in purchasing our Products and learning from AESI Events j.d.o.o. is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises. Following the purchase of our Products, you will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of AESI Events j.d.o.o. including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, content guidance, templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through your participation in our products and courses. You understand and acknowledge that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated and purchased a Product from AESI Events j.d.o.o., without permission from AESI Events j.d.o.o.
You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through AESI Events j.d.o.o., and agree that you will be in violation of these Terms if you use any of the Content outlined as your own material, or repurpose and use the Content in your own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of AESI Events j.d.o.o. You also understand and agree you will not disclose or use any information provided to you, other than for personal use in your own business and social media accounts without prior written permission from AESI Events j.d.o.o.
TESTIMONIALS
You understand and agree that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles including those belonging to AESI AESI, may be published and used as testimonials by AESI Events j.d.o.o. You give AESI Events j.d.o.o. a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on AESI Events j.d.o.o. social media accounts, in advertisements for AESI Events j.d.o.o., or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing our products.
If you choose to write about positive experiences when using our Products as provided by AESI Events j.d.o.o., you understand the material, along with your name and other identifying information, will likely be published on the website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for a Testimonial, and you understand you are granting AESI Events j.d.o.o. an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to AESI Events j.d.o.o. as part of a Testimonial.

Any advice or guidance given are the opinions and experiences of AESI Events j.d.o.o. AESI Events j.d.o.o. makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information contained or referenced in this Product. The information is subject to professional differences of opinion and human error in preparing this information. AESI Events j.d.o.o. is not liable for any loss resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on any of the information or material we provide. If you use, or otherwise rely on, any of the information in the Product you are responsible for ensuring, by independent verification, its accuracy, completeness, reliability and relevance to your own personal and individual circumstances.
We may transfer this agreement to someone else.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization.
You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you, but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the courts of Croatia.
